Faraway Adventures

I’ve just returned from an adventure on the West Coast — We spent a delightful week in Cannon Beach, and we almost didn’t come back! The Oregon coast is stunningly beautiful, and since we flew in and out of Seattle, we were able to see (and photograph) parts of Washington, too.

My first 8 rolls of 35mm film were developed by Mpix, and I’m anxiously awaiting delivery of the negatives, high resolution scans, and more envelopes for mailing the rest of my film. For now, I have a few thumbnails of the preview scans, and I just couldn’t wait to share them …

If these are just a preview, I can’t wait to see what else you photographed out there. Those are lovely skies in the beach shots. I think the Oregon coast is as lush in places as Hawaii (I know, crazy talk)

It IS lush … I was in heaven! I’m trying to catch up on other scanning and uploading while I wait for the last few rolls to be processed, but I’ll start sharing vacation photos soon. :-)

I love the panaramic shot! That’s so lovely! And the first shot with the bike. :)
